Oreo Fluff - High protein lower sugar



Healthier Oreo Fluff with Cookies & Cream Pudding Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cookies and cream pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups Fairlife fat-free milk (higher protein, still creamy)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or substitute with light whipped topping like TruWhip)
  • 8 Oreo cookies, crushed (or sub with lighter sandwich cookies)
  • Optional:
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 scoop vanilla or cookies & cream protein powder (for a protein boost)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk the cookies & cream pudding mix with Fairlife milk for 2 minutes until it thickens.

  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form (or just fold in light whipped topping).

  3. Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Add cookies: Fold in crushed Oreos, saving a few for garnish.

  5. Chill: Let the fluff sit in the fridge for 1–2 hours to thicken and develop flavor.

  6. Serve: Spoon into cups or bowls and top with the remaining crushed cookies.


Make it Lighter:

  • Use light whipped topping instead of whipped cream.
  • Use just 4 cookies and add mini dark chocolate chips or chia seeds for crunch.
  • Replace half the pudding mix with Greek yogurt for a probiotic kick
