Some Days Productivity Looks Different
Not all “productive” days look like color-coded planners, inbox zero, or knocking out that project you’ve been avoiding. Sometimes, productivity is a little more… mom-life feral chic.
Today, before lunch, I built a toy box (that will hopefully keep toys from attacking my feet at 2 a.m.), replaced the screen in our patio door (goodbye, bugs), and sorted/organized toys and clothes (hello, donation pile). Oh, and because I like to keep things interesting, I even whipped up a batch of all-natural deodorant to try out. Because why not add a DIY science experiment into the chaos?
Here’s the thing: Productivity doesn’t always mean big career wins or perfectly curated goals. Sometimes it looks like reclaiming a little order in the middle of family chaos, or just trying something new that makes your life smell a little better (literally).
So if today your “to-do list” looks more like “keep tiny humans alive” or “finally change that lightbulb that’s been out since Christmas,” guess what? That’s productivity, too. High five.
