Super easy pumpkin spice blondie bars
All you need for this quick little fall treat is:

½ bag of white chocolate chips

1 box of cake mix (I went with spice cake—so good)

1 can of pumpkin purée
Heat your oven to 325°F.
Stir the pumpkin and cake mix together until it’s smooth, then fold in your chocolate chips. Spread the batter into a greased 9x13 dish (I used glass).
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top springs back when you touch it instead of leaving a dent.
Let it cool a bit, then cut yourself a square and enjoy. Cozy, simple, done. 🍂✨
Or if you're like me and have 0 patience, just scoop some out with a spoon for a lava cake style treat!
